Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, it is your responsibility to comply with local laws when accessing our website and ordering products from outside South Africa.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer). All payments are processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Will I be refunded for shipping costs if I return an item?
No. Refunds only apply to the cost of the goods. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What should I do before returning an item?
Please email customerservice@i-a.co.za with your return tracking number and the courier company used so we can track your shipment.
How long does delivery take within South Africa?
Local orders typically arrive within 48 hours. If you haven’t received your parcel by then, please contact us to track it.
How long does international shipping take?
International orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email with a DHL tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly. Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Into Africa has no control over these fees.
Can I choose multiple delivery addresses in one order?
No. Each order can only be shipped to one address. To send to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each.
