Shipping & Returns Policy

We at lnto Africa believe in complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on customerservice@i-a.co.za or call direct on +27 21 448 9111.

Local Shipping (South Africa):
  • We can only deliver to one address per order, in order to deliver to multiple addresses; you will need to place a separate order for each.
  • Delivery times are quoted in good faith, but are handled by a third party. We cannot accept any liability as a result of a late delivery.
  • Due to people not being home to sign for the delivery, (we advise that a business address is provided, deliveries will take place between Monday and Friday). If a home address is given we cannot be responsible for theft as anyone can sign for the delivery.
  • If your goods have not arrived within 48 hours (South Africa), you may track your delivery via our site, email us, or call us and we will source and track your package for you.
International Shipping:
  • International delivery charges will be automatically quoted on checkout and are depending on delivery country and parcel weight.
  • All international orders are shipped with DHL and arrive in 5-7 business days. As soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

  • Orders shipped outside of South Africa may be subject to import taxes, custom duty fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.Into Africa has no control over these charges, nor can Into Africa predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.When ordering from Into-Africa.com you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination. The recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws & regulations of the destination.

Returns & Refunds:
  • Goods may be returned to us within 28 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been worn, and include all original packaging and invoice. Please include your original order number when returning.
  • Return shipping will be at your own expense unless there is a manufacturing defect; in this case all costs will be incurred by us.
  • For any reason a shipment is returned, be it a swap or refund, please NOTE that the shipment is to be returned to Into Africa first to be analysed. We will be checking the quality of the returned shipment ensuring that the product(s) had not been worn or damaged.
  • In the case of a refund, please be aware that a refund will ONLY be considered for goods purchased. We will NOT refund shipping charges.
  • With return we kindly ask that the information of the return be sent to our office so we can track the shipment. Email customerservice@i-a.co.za with your tracking number and the company used to ship the return.
  • Orders are processed immediately, we are therefore unable to cancel orders, so please be sure of your purchase before checking out.
