Shipping & Returns

We offer a range of shipping options for customers based in South Africa and worldwide.

Delivery times are quoted in good faith but are handled by a third party. We cannot accept any liability as a result of a late delivery. We can only deliver to one address per order, in order to deliver to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each.

We at Into Africa believe in complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on [email protected] or call direct on +27 21 448 9111.

Goods may be returned to us within 7 days from date of receipt, provided they have not been worn, and include all original packaging. Please include your original order number when returning.

For any reason a shipment is returned, be it a swap or refund, please NOTE that the shipment is to be returned to Into Africa first to be analysed. We will be checking the quality of the returned shipment ensuring that the product(s) had not been worn or damaged.

In the case of a refund, please be aware that a refund will ONLY be considered for goods purchased. We will NOT refund shipping charges.

With return we kindly ask that the information of the return be sent to our office, so we can track the shipment. Email [email protected] with your tracking number and the company used to ship the return.

Privacy & Security

We receive information in one of two ways, either directly from you online when you register with us, or when you fill out a customer card at one of our stores. When you register with us you will be asked to disclose information such as your name, email address and telephone number so that we can process and fulfill your order, notify you of your order status and inform you of special offers and promotions.

We DO NOT store your credit card details. Credit card transactions are handled by Payfast and Payfast.

We only share information requied to complete your order with the example of the third-party courier service that will deliver your goods to you.

Orders are processed immediately, we are therefore unable to cancel orders, so please be sure of your purchase before checking out.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The price you pay for goods is as shown on our website at the time of order and includes VAT within South Africa, and excludes VAT for other countries. However, orders will only be accepted providing there is no major error in the prices or descriptions shown

Postage and packaging (P&P) charges are included in your order.

Payment is to be made in South African Rands (ZAR) using a Visa or Mastercard credit card, or via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)

We reserve the right to review and make changes to the prices listed on our website at any time.

Account information can be viewed when logged on to our customer platform. You will be able to make changes to your account details & view order history.
